1. General Information

- By purchasing or using our Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purchase and Delivery

- Gift Cards are sent via email upon purchase. A physical card can be shipped upon request.

3. Redemption

- Gift Cards can be used for all jewellery on our webshop and for custom-made jewellery.
- They cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

4. Expiry Date

- The Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expired cards will be reviewed individually.

5. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable

- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.

6. Checking Balance

- Check your Gift Card balance online thourgh your order confirmation mail or contact customer service.

7. Loss and Theft

- Gift Cards are treated as cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.

8. Governing Law

- These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.

9. Privacy Policy

- The Gift Card use is subject to our Privacy Policy on our website.
