This Returns & Refund Policy details your options for returning an online purchase and your rights in relation to obtaining a refund. Philippe Harold offers two types of products, each governed by different return conditions as set out below.
Part 1 — Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

No Returns or Refunds on Made-to-Order Pieces Under EU Distance Selling regulations, custom-made and made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. All made-to-order and engraved pieces are therefore final sale. |
This includes all pieces ordered through our made-to-order service and Ring Builder, as well as any engraved or otherwise personalised items. Philippe Harold does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these products under any circumstances.

Part 2 — Ready-to-Wear Items
For ready-to-wear items purchased online, the following return and refund policy applies.
Right to Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@philippe-harold.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions upon receipt of your request.
All sales are deemed final if no refund is requested within the 14-day period. Please note that returns of online purchases will not be accepted in person at the Philippe Harold boutique.
Conditions of Return
Returned products must satisfy all of the following conditions:
– Unworn and unused, in perfect original condition
– All protective materials, tags and stickers in place (if applicable)
– Original Philippe Harold box, all accessories, and all documents included (including GIA certificate where applicable)
– Complimentary items received with the order must also be returned
We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration. Improperly packaged shipments will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or products will not be processed.
All returns are subject to Quality Control (QC) by Philippe Harold experts. If the product does not meet QC standards, the return will be refused and the product returned to you at your cost.
Issuing a Refund
Only the original buyer is entitled to receive a refund. Gift recipients are not eligible for refunds.
Upon receipt and successful QC verification, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method as the original transaction within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the returned item at:

Return Shipping
While we offer free worldwide shipping on all outgoing orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use DHL or FedEx with insurance included and forward the tracking number and receipt to your point of contact at Philippe Harold.
For security reasons, do not write 'diamonds' or 'Philippe Harold' on the outside of the return parcel.

NOTE: If you are shipping from outside Belgium, your return shipment may incur customs fees. Please inform the courier at the time of booking that you will cover these fees. Failure to do so will result in Philippe Harold deducting these costs from your refund amount. |
If return instructions are not followed, Philippe Harold will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the returned shipment.
How to Return a Ready-to-Wear Item
Please follow the three steps below to initiate and complete your return:
1. Initiate Your Return
Email us at info@philippe-harold.com and include:
– Your order number (found in your order confirmation email or under 'Your Orders' in your account)
– Your reason for return
You have up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order to submit your return request. Our team will assess eligibility based on the conditions above.
2. Prepare Your Return Parcel
Please complete the Return Shipment Form (sent to you separately) and place it inside the parcel. Then pack your jewellery following these steps:
1 · Prepare the Jewellery
– Place the jewellery in its original Philippe Harold box or a soft jewellery pouch, if available
2 · Wrap Securely
– Wrap the box or pouch in bubble wrap and secure with tape so it cannot open during transport
3 · Use a Rigid Outer Box
– Place the wrapped item in a strong, rigid box (plastic or sturdy cardboard)
– Fill any empty spaces with soft material (foam, bubble wrap, or paper) so nothing can move inside
4 · Outer Packaging
– Place the rigid box in a padded envelope or shipping carton resistant to tearing
– Do not use thin paper envelopes or unpadded mailing bags
5 · Photos for Your Records (Optional but Recommended)
Before shipping, take clear photos of: the jewellery, the packed inner box, and the closed outer parcel showing the address label.
Ship using a tracked and insured courier service (DHL or FedEx recommended) appropriate for the value of your jewellery. Keep your shipping receipt and insurance document until we confirm safe receipt. Once shipped, email us the tracking number and carrier name to info@philippe-harold.com.

NOTE: For security reasons, do not write 'diamonds', 'jewellery', or 'Philippe Harold' on the outside of the parcel. Use only the address details and, where required, a neutral description in line with your local postal regulations. |
If you are shipping from outside Belgium or the EU, please contact us at info@philippe-harold.com before shipping. We will advise on the correct customs declaration (e.g. 'return for repair') to avoid unnecessary duties and delays.

3. Receive Your Refund
Once your item is received, please allow 5 business days for processing and QC review. You will receive an email confirmation once approved. Your refund will then be issued within 3–5 business days of QC approval, using your original payment method.
