If the item you wish to order is out of stock, we'll promptly notify you via email and provide alternative options for your consideration.
Shipping
If you have ordered various articles like a then we will aim to group the delivery. The delivery time is then equal to the article with the longest lead time. Is your article not in stock after all? Then we will inform you as quickly as possible. Your order will be delivered by post. We work with MALCA-AMIT Express which is a shipment company focused on delivery of high end goods (gems & jewellery). The delivery time is 2-5 working days. Once an item is purchased and shipped, you get a tracking link by mail or sms.
Shipments with Philippe Harold are always insured and free. Unless the amount is above ... and the destination of the client is outside of European Union. The cost of the shipment will then be calculated after contact with on of our salesman.
If a parcel is delivered and you are not home, then If you are not home at the time a parcel is delivered, the postman will leave a message for you to schedule another time of delivery. If that is not the case, the client should contact the local related post office to pick up the package or let is be delivered at his or her adress.
Returns
All creations must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials (packaging) in place. We are unable to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
• It is not possible to return or exchange creations that have been engraved, embossed, modified, or personalized.
• The returned or exchanged creation must belong to a current collection; we can not exchange discontinued pieces.
Products returned within 30days of purchase are eligible for an exchange. Only if the piece is in a condition as it was bought. (new) Bespoke creations or any personalized alterings on the piece are not subject for exchange.
The following list is not covered by warranty:
- damage to the jewel (e.g. scratches, signs of wear, etc.);
- loss or theft;
- contact with chemical products.
If your purchased item (eg. diamond engagement ring) breaks while it is still under guarantee, due to a factory error, you may contact our customer service department (info@philippe-harold.com). We will be delighted to advise you on any repair or replacement.

Should you wish to return or exchange your online purchase, you may either visit our diamond jewellery store in Antwerp or complete the return or exchange by mail via info@philippe-harold.com using the steps below.
1. Contact us by mail and highlight your diamond ring with the right of withdrawal.
2. Prior to placing your purchased jewel in the box, ensure that your piece is securely wrapped and the piece will not have any friction during transit.
3. Place your Philippe Harold box in a shipping box in a similar way as you have received it.
4. Close the shipping box. For security purposes, please ensure that there is no mention of anything inside or Philippe Harold on the shipping box.
5. Once the package is on its way, make sure to provide us the tracking link.
Once received, your piece will enter our quality control inspection process. If the creation is determined to be acceptable for return, it may take approximately seven business days for your refund or exchange to be fully processed. (Please note that this timeframe may be longer around holidays or other popular gifting seasons.) If the creation is unable to pass the quality control inspection, we will be in touch with the next steps to return the creation back to you.
Attention: it is your duty as the customer to check whether your purchased articles comply with the contract. You must report any damage, defects and abnormality within 14 days of receipt.
At Philippe Harold, we offer complimentary resizing services for diamond rings at the time of purchase. However, should you require resizing after the initial purchase, there may be a fee involved, which can vary depending on the extent of resizing needed. The exact cost can be determined based on the number of sizes that require adjustment.
Additionally, if you purchase a ring online and find that it's either too small or too large upon receiving it, we provide free resizing services. However, please note that the client is responsible for covering the shipment costs associated with sending the ring back to us for resizing.
