What if you are not at home when your parcel is delivered?
If a parcel is delivered and you are not home, the postman will leave a message for you to schedule another time of delivery. If that is not the case, the client should contact the local related post office to pick up the package or let is be delivered at his or her adress.
Is the jewellery insured during shipping?
Yes, all our shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind. Your jewellery is covered by insurance from the moment it leaves our store until it safely reaches your hands, ensuring a secure and worry-free delivery process.

Can I exchange the article I have bought?
Products returned in a new unworn condition within 14 calendar days after receipt are eligible for a refund, while direct exchanges are not possible.
Bespoke creations or any personalized alterings on the piece are not subject for exchange.

What if my jewellery breaks while it is still under guarantee?
If your purchased item (eg. diamond engagement ring) breaks while it is still under guarantee, due to a factory error, you may contact our customer service department (info@philippe-harold.com). We will be delighted to advise you on any repair or replacement.
If you discover a defect within 14 days of purchase you may return or exchange your jewellery.

Additionally, if you purchase a ring online and find that it's either too small or too large upon receiving it, we provide free resizing services. However, please note that the client is responsible for covering the shipment costs associated with sending the ring back to us for resizing.
