While the polishing service itself is complimentary, clients are responsible for all associated costs, including shipping, delivery, insurance, and any risks related to transporting the item to and from our boutique. Philippe Harold is not liable for loss or damage during transit, so we encourage clients to use secure and insured shipping methods.


How to Access Our Lifetime After Sale Service

To take advantage of this service, please follow these steps:

Step 3: Ship Your Package

  2. Email us the tracking number and receipt immediately after dispatching your package.

  2. The process typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of receipt.
  3. We will ship the polished item back to you using your preferred courier. You will be notified once your item has been dispatched.
