Shipping policy

All Philippe Harold pieces are made to order Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the complexity of the piece.

 

Delivery

Once your piece is ready and has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Delivery from our facility to your address typically takes 1–3 business days.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be processed the following business day. Please allow extra time around public holidays.

Insured Delivery

All orders are shipped with 100% insurance through Malca-Amit Express. Once your order has shipped, Malca-Amit Express is solely responsible for delivery. Philippe Harold has no control over nor any responsibility for packages once they have left our facility. For insurance reasons, we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped.

Safe Delivery

We take exceptional care in packaging each piece. Every item is:

–       Individually wrapped and placed in a jewellery box

–       Cushioned with protective materials

–       Packaged within a branded Philippe Harold box

–       Accompanied by all relevant documents, such as a GIA certificate

International Shipping

International shipments can be processed online. Customs procedures and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for details. For assistance with international shipping, please contact us at +32 (0) 472 98 31 71.

The customer is responsible for any shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return-to-sender fees and any fees for packages held at customs. It is the customer's responsibility to file claims with Malca-Amit Express for damaged, missing, or misdelivered packages. On a case-by-case basis, Philippe Harold may assist by providing relevant documentation.

Philippe Harold cannot be held responsible for errors by Malca-Amit Express or for stolen packages left at your address.

Cancellations

As each piece is crafted specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at +32 (0) 472 98 31 71. We will do our best to accommodate requests made before production has started.
