1-Year Warranty Policy

At Philippe Harold, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. To ensure your confidence in our products, we offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Coverage and Limitations

1. Covered Under Warranty:

  • Manufacturing defects, such as issues with clasps, settings, or metal quality.
  • Loose stones due to production faults (excluding loss of stones).

2. Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or modifications.
  • Scratches, discoloration, or tarnishing due to wear or exposure to chemicals.
  • Jewellery that has been repaired, resized, or altered by a third party.
  • Custom-made or engraved pieces.
  • Lost stones or theft.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions.

3. Conditions of Warranty:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all protective materials, documentation (e.g., GIA certificate), and accessories.
  • Philippe Harold reserves the right to inspect the jewelry and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

    Claim Process

    To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

    1. Initiate Your Claim:

    • Email us at info@philippe-harold.com with:
      • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
      • A detailed description of the issue and supporting photographs.
    • Our customer care team will assess your request and provide further instructions.

    2. Prepare Your Shipment:

    • Pack the jewellery securely with its original box, documentation, and protective materials.
    • Ship the item using a trackable and insured courier (e.g., DHL or FedEx) to our boutique: Philippe Harold Boutique, Appelmansstraat 4, Antwerp.
    • For security reasons, avoid writing "diamonds" or "Philippe Harold" on the package exterior.

    3. Assessment and Resolution:

    • Upon receipt, our experts will conduct a thorough inspection to validate the claim.
    • If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
    • If the claim does not meet warranty conditions, we will return the item to you at your expense.

      Additional Information

      • Warranty claims are non-transferable and apply solely to the original buyer.
      • Shipping costs for sending the item to us are the customer's responsibility. If the claim is approved, we will cover return shipping fees.
      • Philippe Harold is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
