About Fine JewelleryAll Jewelry

Yes, our diamonds are conflict-free. Philippe Harold sources natural diamonds for our engagement rings and jewellery from legitimate suppliers in compliance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, which aims to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the international rough-diamond trade. We also offer lab-grown diamonds. Every stone is carefully examined in Antwerp before setting. Diamonds of 0.30 carat and above are accompanied by grading reports from GIA, HRD or IGI, documenting their gemological characteristics.
Yes. Philippe Harold offers complimentary worldwide jewellery delivery, with every jewellery shipment tracked and fully insured for its value. We use Malca-Amit Express (Fedex), a specialist provider of secure transportation for precious goods. Each order is carefully packaged and accompanied by the relevant documentation. Once your jewellery has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
All Philippe Harold jewellery is handcrafted to order in Antwerp, with production typically taking 2–3 weeks, depending on the design. Once dispatched, insured jewellery delivery usually takes 1–5 business days. Ready-to-wear pieces available in stock may arrive within 1–5 working days, depending on the destination. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you have a specific date in mind, please contact our team before ordering.
Orders delivered within the EU generally do not incur additional import customs duties. For destinations outside the EU, local authorities may apply import duties, VAT, taxes or customs clearance fees. These charges vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We recommend checking your country’s import requirements before placing an international jewellery order.

Every Philippe Harold jewellery order is presented in a branded jewellery box with a branded bag and carefully secured for transport. Each piece is individually protected with cushioning materials to prevent movement during delivery. Your order also includes the relevant documents, such as a diamond grading report (where applicable), invoice and professional appraisal. This ensures your jewellery arrives properly protected and ready for presentation.
If your jewellery parcel is missing or arrives damaged, contact Philippe Harold as soon as possible with your order number and tracking information. For damaged deliveries, please also provide photos of the parcel, packaging and jewellery, and retain the original packaging. We will review the information and assist with the insured courier’s investigation. Any available remedy will be handled in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your jewellery order. We will do our best to accommodate requests before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations to bespoke and personalised jewellery may no longer be possible. For other purchases, cancellation rights depend on the type of product and applicable consumer law. Our team can confirm the conditions for your order.
